Preparation Instructions:.
Stove Top: Place in boiling water and simmer for 7 - 9 minutes.
Microwave: Place in dish, add 2 tablespoons of water, cover and microwave on full power for 8 - 10 minutes. Stand for 1 minute before serving.
Shallow Fry: Heat a tablespoon of vegetable oil and shallow fry for 7 - 9 mins.
Steam: Place in steamer and steam for 4 - 6 minutes until just tender
